I’m originally from the UK, I now call Melbourne Australia home.
I was first exposed to coaching 15 years ago and everything I have done since then has led me here, to start my own coaching practice Southern Life Coaching. As well as pursuing my own dream of becoming a Personal Coach, I am a mother of two boys, who are passionate, energetic and fiercely loved.
I trained as a Coach with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and received my certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) in Feb 2018.
CTI are the oldest and largest in-person coaching training organization in the world and their training program is widely recognized as the most rigorous coaching training and certification program in the industry. CTI joined forces with The Institute of Coaching (IOC) at McLean Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, to enhance the integrity and credibility of the coaching profession. These organizations work together by bridging science and best coaching practices to scientifically validate coaching as a powerful tool for human transformation and growth. In a nutshell, they prove that co-active coaching uses neuroscience to change the way people think and therefore instigates effective and life long transformation.
Family and friends mean a lot to me, I hold them carefully, they are a precious gift.
I’m so proud of myself and utterly excited to be leading a fulfilled life where I get to do exactly what I want to be doing, and how I want to be spending my precious time.
I travel, laugh and people watch. I like to photograph the emotions of everyday life.
I enjoy yoga, pilates and dancing.
I am energized by music and complete silence.
I love the smell of freshly cut grass and coffee.
I love eating and I know I should drink more water.
